Poor management - Employees

I frequent the store on candlers mountain rd in lynchburg va. Your manager Mika has a very nasty attitude toward your customers and other employees. I have witnessed her sitting outside for long periods of time leaving one cashier alone. I have also witnessed another employee and a gentleman coming from a back room adjusting their clothing on more than one occasion. Both Mikado and thus other employee refuse to help out cashiers or customers. I have called the store manager more than once on this issue and I have contacted corporate offices. Thus issue has obviously not been addressed appropriately as it continues to happen. I will take my business elsewhere.
