Manager is very rude every time I come in and she is rude to everyone

Every time I go into the Mt. Pleasant Texas dollar tree store the manager has an attitude. She is so rude to everyone but not the black people that frequent the store. I witnessed this first hand. She is always complaining about not being paid enough to put customers shit back. (Her words not mine) I hate shopping in there so I go to another comparable dollar store. I do not know her name but she is the black lady with glasses. I will not shop there as long as she is there.
