This stupid company has sent me a few letters a year saying that I owe them money after Hollywood Video went out of business, and if its not paid within 30 days they take it out of my account because appartently they have my information from Hollywood. Everytime I call them about it they tell me that they never sent out a letter and that I dont have to pay it. So my question is how many people just paid the bill without calling?
