I just received a letter from West Bay Acquisitions. It's a bill for a DVD video that I do not have.

I don't know that this is a scam. It may simply be a mistake, for I used to rent videos from Hollywood Video many years ago. But I was renting videos before the movie in question was even produced. I did purchase a few videos from H.V. When they were liquidating. Perhaps their records were messed up.
