Hollywood Video Turned over for collection from rental from 2009

I recieved a letter of collection from West Bay Aquisitions, LLC on March 24 for a rental from 05/26 for a video game. I'm unsure if this is for unpaid rental fees or an unreturned video game but at any rate I'm suspicious about this because I used Hollywood Video up until time they closed and they never made mention that I owed them money or had an unreturned game. If they did I would have paid them. Not sure if this is legitimate but for fear of my credit being tarnished for $29.99 I'm sure I will pay it. Hoping to be directed to someone who can help me figure this out.
