TMG: The Management Group Ignored mold and flooding issues in rental for months, Im sick have to move

The Day I moved into the listed residence May 28th one of my rooms had a large water leakage. I reported it immediately to the rental emergency line. They came looked at the leakage and told me they would inform the management office and get back to me.

In Sept. Of 2011 one of the large trees in back yard had a limb of more then 25ft in length break and lay across the fence crushing other trees. I called management right away. Four more phone calls over an entire month finally got the limb taken care of. I also in Sept and Oct. Ask on three separate occasions talked with the rental agent about the leak in the bed room that happened on the day I moved in asking what was going to be done about it being the rainy season was comming up.
He stated "I will get that fixed." Nothing was done. November 22nd my room started flooding again with water. I immediately contacted the rental agent he said "I will get maintanance out to take care of that right away.
