Eal property management has a written agreement to take in rent for homeowner and is authorized to spend 200.00 only on repairs. Anything above needs to be approved by the homeowner and a written acceptance for such work above 200 signed by the homeowner,
this company spent over 3 months of my rental checks with out my approval, i emailed them where is the rent no response they refused to answer my emails and my calls, they then sent me a check for 200 saying they fullfiled there obligation and cant do buisness with me. Where is my 3000? No response i requested my contract and rental lease and nothing. Dont trust them they also had my electric and water service shut off because they failed to pay them for 3 months when they had the funds to pay then.
