Help! I've been ripped off by this company asking for 10,000 for doing nothing! Internet based company sent one man out to say they could sell my property at a high price 300,000 which seemed high.
Never mentioned that even if they didn't sell they would be charging a massive price and locked me into an ongoing contract.
Now sent me a CCJ and I don't know how to respond without spending potentially thousands of pounds on solicitors fee's???
