Assist 2 Sell
RipOff Misleading Did nothing for me Took my money

Ater listing my home with Assist 2 Sell and being promised many things after 4 months my home has not sold and they have done nothing that was promised. There was no advertising, no communication, they never showed my home once and to top it off would not let me cancel my contract so that I could have some one else (who would actually try) sell my home until I paid them! I had to pay them for doing NOTHING! They listed my home in the MLS at a price that was way to high and they new it would never sell at that price only to tell me five times to reduce the price which I did and still nothing! They also printed fliers for me (often with wrong information) and that was it, that was all they did for me period! They caused my home to be viewed as a stale listing by being dishonest just to get me to sign the contract. I should not have had to pay them but it was my only choice to be able to get out of their 9 MONTH contract which I was originally told would be a three month contract! They plain ripped me off! I don't want others to be taken as I have!
