Phoenix Business Agents
Contract formed was incorrect, false and misleading

To those it concerns, do not get ripped off by Phoenix Business Agents,

I am reporting a mis-sold agreement by Phoenix to myself in 2009. Phoenix formed an agreement with myself in 2009 on the condition that they would help me sell my business within 6 months for an agreed price, with absolutely no hidden charges whatsoever. I was cautious however, the Phoenix rep assured me of his sincerity and so I proceeded and signed an agreement. Furthermore in the following day's I rejected a firm offer, due to the agreement that was in place with phoenix.

This transpired into a detrimental decision, as the next time I had contact with Phoenix was through mail in March in which they have asked me to pay 7,200.00 as a one of sum. I will not be paying anything whatsoever to Phoenix Business Agents.

In addition, I will make it absolutely clear, Phoenix Business Agents are in breach of contract to my self through the oral condition that was promised by phoenix's rep. Phoenix's breach to myself constitues fraudulent behaviour that is taken very seriously in the Law of England and Wales.

Finally, Phoenix Business Agents have hired debt recovers, Daniels Silverman and now are demanding 8,780.48. This transpires to be threating acts to my financial interests, another very serious matter.

My advice, which I take no responsibility whatsoever to whosoever is, do not let Phoenix Business Agents rip you off. If they promise you something hold them against it as what might look on the face of things one thing, might well be something else, like the breach that Phoenix has caused me.
