Will not respond, in order to collect payment

Their site won't let me login, regardless of how often I've worked the problem using the businesses techsupport. Their accepted mistake has triggered me extreme late fees. I've been spending the late charges because of their error, I replied via mail detailing the problem, not requesting a reimbursement, simply requesting absent to prevent paying fines because of their site error. I get no reaction to my emails. I've named and they'll not let me consult with a boss. I've submitted a using the greater business agency.
