This company was a month late in delivering their product so I no longer needed it as I had to go elsewhere. I sent the product back, refused, but was never reimbursed on my credit card. All attempts to contact them (no phone number or address on website, only correspondence by email) were unheeded. I reported them to DiscoverCard who tried to reach them and also gave up. I am still out the money... And angry they can't even acknowledge their customers!
