Ripoff sent wrong product and haven't been reimbursed after 2 months or contacted

I first ordered my product to give my car a hp boost. First off they sent my product extremely late. Next they said it came with do it yourself instructions, which I could not understand at all. So I took the product to a mechanic to be install it and he told me they sent me the wrong product.

So, that night which was about two months ago I sent an email to the company saying I wanted an explanation for what was going on and if they had sent me the wrong product to be reembersed with the right product. Well over this two month period I still have not recieved an explanation nor have I been reimbursed.
