Multilingual Books
Fraudulent billing with no delivery of goods, do not respond to contact attempts

Education & Science

On Aug 13th I submitted an order for two DVD's via Multilingualbook's website. Two days later my credit card was billed for $92.85 and 5 weeks later I still had not received any product. After countless attempts to call them over the next 3 week period, the phone was finally answered once and I was told that the website was not able to charge by credit card at the time I placed the order. Well it certainly charged my account. I told them the situation, offered to send proof of the charges, and asked for a refund since I had not received any DVDs. They took down my order confirmation number and said they would send a refund in the mail. A month later and no refund (or product) and I have since been unable to reach them by phone or email.in May I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they as well were never able to get a response from this company.
