Ripoff I had to join the club for 14.95 month, paid for cigarretts and did not receive the product. Fraudulent ripoff business

On 02/28/03 I received an email stating that I could buy cartons of Marlaboro light cigaretts for 15.95 a carton and the shipping was free. I entered www.planetcigs.com website and when I tried to order I had to register. I registered and was told that it would cost $14.95 a month.

I paid by credit card and ordered 5 cartons of Marlboro 100 Ligts in the box, I paid 79,95 buy credit card. I was told it would take between 16-30 days to receive the product. I waited until approximately 27 days and tried to contact them to find out where my product was.

They have no way to contact them on their site, so I contacted the billing company at www.billingsupport.com. They told me that they were just the billing company that they act as third party to a lot of internet companies.

I cancelled my membership, they were supposed to credit my card witht the money, they didn't and they would not give me an email address to reach the company that sold me my cigarettes. They did e mail me an address, I cannto make it out. It is Corso ARD031

I did call the 1 800 number on the billing website and talked to a girl and ask for the email address of planetcigs.com

I was told to contact their webmaster, but; I don't know who their webmaster is, so she gave me an email address of www.CustomerPlanetcigsstore.com.

Well it does not work, I have tried all combonations of this address and none work. So I have reported them to the Internet Fraud line, but; its a govt. Agency and there will be nothing done. So watch out if your on a limited income and try to save money, thats the type of mark they are looking for.
