Rip off and very rude and mean when i ask for my money back!

I am so upset with your company and the sevice that u didn't provide. I went and found my w2 with out your assistance and got talked to rude and mean CAUSE I ASK FOR A REFUND SINCE THEY DIDN'T FIND IT I DID... This was to day I paid 2.95 for to get my early w2 and I found out HOW to do it on my own a hour later... I didn't get nothing from you didn't find it I did. So its ok I will never use u THE SITE NO MORE. And ill tell every one wow rude and mean you guys are... Maybe ill post it on the web. All I wanted was a refund of sevice that wasn't provide. I call pay pal and I called my card it will get disputed. I didn't care about the money at all its the principal you don't talk to people rude and mean and keep putting them on hold. And say don't call back. So sad. So take my advise if u can find your w2 online just wait don't pay rapidtax.com to find it.
