First off the fresno location I went to didn't disclose valuable information about my deposit money. I gave them cash and when I went to drop the rental off in Las Vegas they didn't even give me my cash back. The rep said it would be sent out. I was upset that they didn't tell me that. Im in a new state its been 10 days and I still have yet to receive my money. Customer care was rude. Corporate was rude as well. I will never use them again, I want my damn money. I have started a new job and now have no gas to get there or food in my house, all because they didn't do their job and provide me with the correct information, to add insult to the situation, they hung up in my face after now understanding my frustration!!!
