HUMANNA AND WALMART Walmart poor cutomer service at their pharmacy, empties bank account of man on SSD

I am filing this report for my husband. We both have Humanna, through Walmart pharmacy. I went to pick up his meds, as we have done many times before. We use the easy pay, as it's faster and more convenient. When the perscriptions were filled, we assumed that they would have used our ins, as they have for 3plus yrs now. They did not.

We went to the pharmacy, and they said their computer would not allow them to run it through on the Humanna, we had changed the Humanna to another Humanna plan, but called and notified the pharmacy of the new numbers. HOWEVER, the person who completed the order, never informed us of the issue, and just took the money out of our account. The pharmacy tried to rerun the ins, but because the order had been paid for, it would not accept the bill.

So, between the Walmart notbeing knowledgable about their systym, and telling us about the prob they had with running the ins info, and Humanna, because they first rejected the info, saying he was not eligable, only to turn around and say it was an error and my husband is covered. Bottom line is that between the two co, they took 380 dollars from his account, that we can't seem to get either co to take responsability for!

When a person pays 300 dollars, plus on meds every month, and lives on SSD, (all purchased at Walmart pharmacy, and using Humanna ins) that is alot of money, cleaned out bank account, leaving him with no money for a month, to meet his other bills! Now Walmart pharmacy promotes their Humanna health ins RX plan, and yet seems to be lacking in how to use it for their customers, he def got ripped off, and no one seems to care, oh well! Your loss seems to be the attitude, poor customer service, and staff that are not concerned enough about their cutomers to ask a aquestion, and help their customers save money!
