RTM Property Management is a old a* apartment and used $255.00 of my $450 to clean their apartment for a next tenant. I am not happy. I only lived there for 6 months.
Charges were we are not happy the most was the "painting".
They charges we were not happy at most being charged was the $79 to partial paint and 6 doors.
