I purchased a la crosse engineering design; ws-9160u weather station. The merchandise appear and would not sinc using the transmitter. I named their customer support. They mentioned it'd take1 to 4 times before a specialist might return my phone. They called about the 4th time. Went through their assessments that we had achieved formerly using their directions. They sent a transmitter. It did not sinc. The thing is clearly using the recipient. They expect me to deliver their faulty item back again to them to be able to obtain another. I requested to talk to the leader of the organization. They mentioned they've an insurance policy not to permit it. Their customer service should be overcome with problems and grievances to consider 4 times to obtain back again to a person. I will discover why using the faulty items they are offering. Do not suggest the corporation's items or support. I put their item within the garbage.
