The worst tech support I have experienced

I've been backwards and forwards today for over 8 weeks today online using their so - named tech-support to displace a poor wireless network card...

It requires them in the very minimal three times to actually return along with you, all of the period 5 times or even more..., after which once they do, it's the typical garbage, you've previously completed the issue type, let them know what you've previously completed to fix the issue, after which they do not actually bother to see your criticism and deliver you back their condescending established technology listing of bullshit that a person with half of a mind has attempted..., after which they claim they'll substitute the faulty card... Simply follow the hyperlink...,

So when you receive by themselves site, after which somehow their very own website does not actually identify their very own item component or product figures... And about 2 months later they email you and let you know to deliver them your tackle and delivery data, and they'll repair the problem plus they are so sorry, after which do practically nothing about this...

But ignore you...

And, I for just one won't endure this BS, and I'll chase them till I die if that's what it requires...

They've to become the largest POS computer organization that I've ever endured to handled... And thinking about the size of the company, tech-support ought to be among their main issues!

Perhaps if you're a corporate customer, they may focus on you, but when you're a person, they you're attached...

I'll never purchase among their items again, and that I can make really sure any organization that I'm used with WOn't ever buy their items both!!!
