Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing, misrepresents itselfs via sales persons, empty promises, poor service Co, AZ

We were approach by Eric a salesman for O'Premium a little over a year ago to sign up for their home delivery service. We were offered everything short of the moon to sign up. Eric was with his supervisor and trainer, so we had no reason to beleive what we were being offered was anything but legitimate.

Eric started out by telling us that the promotion they were running included a free cooler. And all the water you can drink for $29.99. Plus if just for looking at the flier we got a $10.00 gift certificate for a new restuarant, and if we signed up that day we would get a $30.00 gift certificate for the same restuarant.

Eric went on to tell us that for every person that we got to sign up we would get $25.00 towards our water bill. And that he has some customers that have not ever paid for their water because they keep getting friends to sign up...

We asked how is it billed and how can we pay for it? And we wanted to know how long the contract was for. He told us you can either pay by check or with a credit card or by debit. We told him that it would have to be billed to us monthly because that is the way we prefer it, but we would need him to come by the following week because we did not have the funds that day due to our payday was not until the next week.
He told us that he would not be able to do that it was like a one time offer. But we could post date him a check. I told him my Husband was out and he would be back to sign the check.
He told us that we could cancle at any time after the first month. But we had to have the service for one month in order to keep the cooler. Otherwise we would have to return the cooler.

Well, needless to say, they cashed the check, so when we called to cancle the deal, they told us we could but we would be respouncable for the three year contract, and that they would be by to get the equipment. We said no you will not, because you have already cashed the check for the first month of service. They lady, and I use the term loosely, said that the cooler is their property. We told her everything that Eric had said to us, and she told us that everything he told us was void, that the contract stats otherwise and we should have read it more carefully.

We have never gotten a bill in the mail, and they take their funds directly from our account based on the original check we wrote them. Everytime we have had to call the agents are always rude, I have even been hung up on. I never know how much they are taking out until they have taken it out and it has never been less than $35.00.

This company is a total rip-off. They employee a group of con artist. And if I had my way I would have them shut down in a heart beat...
