I requested a notebook charger through this site. I settled using pay pal and inadvertently forgot to alter my delivery address. It was about 9 AM today, by 10 I recognized my error and rapidly published two emails for them, one through their site plus one utilizing my own email account. Their site guarantees 24-hour customer care. I've never seen back from their website.instead, at 9 PM I merely got an automatic information stating my purchase was delivered (towards the incorrect target.) I readily recognize my error but to guarantee 24-hour customer support and also to have nevertheless not answered almost 12 hours later is disgraceful.
