I ordered a laptop ac adapter cord from laptoptown.com. Just a few months later the black insulation covering rips at the base of the cord. I call them for a replacement. To stall time they ask for pictures of the damages. I ask for a mobile phone number to send the pics to. No reply. Laptoptown.com has no customer service phone number the first sign of fraud. The replys I get from them are unprofessional, rude, and unintelligent.

Laptoptown.com is a fraud and should be avoided!!!
