Ripoff! Takes your money but doesn't give you your vouchers!

Do NOT buy anything from savemore.com; I did my first deal at the site several months ago and was able to print my voucher without a problem. I then bought 2 more deals from them and have been trying to redeem them for over a month. I have called customer service 4 times.

Every time I call, I am put on hold for approx 3 1/2 min then I get a recording that no one is able to help me and to leave a message. It has been over 3 weeks since my first phone call and no one has returned my call. Even if I get my vouchers at this point, it will not be worth the effort! I will stick with companies such as in the future as I've never had problems with them.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
