Savemore Never received my merchandise Internet

I ordered deals from savemore.com in 10/11,11/11 and 12/11, to date 2/12, I have not received any of those gift cards. I had to wait to redeem my deals, then wait again for the gift cards to be mailed and months later, nothing. I have called savemore customer service for 5 consecutive days, leaving messages to include my email and phone # and no response at all. Finally, I had to file a dispute with my bank which may take another month or two to be totally resolved. Horrible horrible experience and I would advise anyone to steer clear of savemore.com. Wish I would have researched them before doing business with them but I have such great experiences with similar companies (lxxx xxxx and gxxxxx) thought they were reputable too - big mistake!

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
