Bad customer service

Spoke with mgr about use of u-haul voucher with an expiration date of one day before rental, Debra said I could use and she would give credit. When I returned truck no credit was issued by u-haul as voucher had expired. I raised an issue regarding this matter, customer service then told me I could no longer rent thier trucks. I now rent trucks 4 times a year from rentals, they appreciate my business 4 times a year. Boycott U-HAUL.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
