Ripoff stole theft fraudulent billing dishonest conned

Comcast did a door to door sales and made offers that were hard to turn down. At the time I already had my satelite dish and informed them of such. The salesperson said they would give me a $400 return to use them instead of my dish and give me 30 days to try them out and think about it. I thought that was a pretty fair offer.

When the person showed up to install my cable from the pole to the house I couldn't understand why it took 4 hours when it should have been done in less than 30 minutes. Well by the time the TV was turned on, we couldn't seem to get anything on Comcast cable. So we went back to our trusty ol satelite dish to dicover that did not work either.

So I called Comcast told them my problem and they sent out a Tech and he informed me that the last Tech was contract labor and all he was supposed to do was hook up the cable. After checking it out he said he could not understand why the other Tech would cut the wires from the dish and take parts from the dish that would disable it from working, because he had no reason to be in that area.

When I informed Comcast about this and told them that it was only right that they put the parts back or replace them. He told me "Well I am sorry mam, but we usually destroy the things that come back after three days but I will let you know what the company decides in a few of days".

I have since called the company that put up my satelite dish and to replace the parts and labor is somewhere over $1000 and they still are not through acessing the damages and missing items as I write.

I have also recieved a bill for installation which was also part of their free package.
