We'd RCN for under 12 months. ON July 1, a Friday, our on demand went. I called RCN. They got the phone call. 24 hours later, I named again, they got the phone call. I named every single day, July 1-5. Obviously being a vacation weekend - used to do not get any reaction on my support phone July 6th. We subsequently ended our service on July 22nd for RCNis low-capability to offer support.

Then they are charging people for 7 days of support directly after we ended. We've tried calling. To no avail - Number about the different end-of telephone might help you or solve your condition and administrators who are able to solve the issue aren't reachable!!! Your issue isn't solved, and we-don't understand how to solve it. The statement continues to be delivered to selection and we have to discover somebody at RCN who are able to manage our criticism and solve it.
