Bon Mil, Inc. Provided diagnostic imaging repair services for ultrasound equipment used in the healthcare field. They also sell refurbished ultrasound systems. We signed a 2 year agreement with them for service on 9 of our units.

After our first few service calls, we discovered that they were actually outsourcing the on site repairs to the manufacturer and defaulting on the service invoices. We confronted them on extremely poor service and responsiveness and they promised to improve.

In October Bon Mil went completely silent. They refused to accept service calls and were essentially unreachable by phone, fax or e-mail. After paying for 2 years of service in advance, we have been forces to file suit to recover over $60,000 in advance service fees.

I recommend staying as far away from this company as possible as they are a sham operation.
