Central air capacitor repair refused over partly blocked coils

Contacted for repair of central air. 10m capacitor was bad. Refused to replace due to poor maintenance of coils (found to be partially blocked). Advised system is cleaned every 2 years have not contacted service company this year yet for service. Have invoices to back up work performed. Refused to repair. Total Ripoff
