Sells non functioning ultrsound systems then takes forever to fix while you lose money

We are a 3D Baby Ultrasound Company that purchased an ultrasound system from KPI Ultrasound in Riverside. The company delivered to me a machine that turned on and functioned for one day. After that the system would not even turn on. When I called in for service, stragely the service manager was never available. The receptionist said she was paging her but I was always eventually transferred to voicemail.

I had appointments scheduled with paying customers which I had to cancel and this caused my company to lose money. It was weeks before the whole situation with the system was worked out.

If you are looking to spend thousands of dollars on an ultrasound machine then you should do your research on the company you are purchasing from, Do not make the same mistake we made.
