Casey Lee Breach of confidentiality and rude employee

I have had numerous issues were I have seen this particular employee be rude to customers and myself. She is very unprofessional and irate. I have reported her to corporate twice and do not feel she is reprimanded accordingly. Just recently I found out that she is discussing personal information about my account in the store in front of other customers that happened to know my husband and I. She was also stating information about my family. The store manager John does nothing to control this employee and it has gotten out of hand.
