Personal Information Stolen

Someone stole my personal information and used the information to pick up my prescriptions. This all happened within 1/2 hour. CVS accused me of attempting to pick my prescriptions up twice. I forced them to review the video tapes and would not leave the store until they made it right. The manager was belligerent, the pharmacist was rude and the person working the register was an idiot.

I spoke with a pharmacist at Giant Eagle after the incident, he said CVS has problems like this all the time. He was a former employee, and left because of the constant fraud. He stated he was concerned about losing his license working for a poorly managed company.

I filed a complaint with the company, a "manager" called me two days later and again accused me of fraud. She spoke over me, and sounded like she was not bereft to the situation.in short, Never shop at CVS. I will never go back in the store.
