Scamming the elderly

I was sold a $2500 dollar vacuum with a fifteen year warranty. That has no manufacturers warranty and that I found on affordable home electronics for half the price. I am 73 years old and bought the unit because I have breathing problems. The office that I purchased from is no longer there and upon contacting the manufacturer in Germany was told the only warranty was implied by the office that was now out of business. These folks are good old fashioned con men. The man (Scott Morris) that is opening a new office in Arkansas has been selling Hyla vacuums and shut down the stores that he ran for that company. I bet those people that bought from his other store are as angry as I am, seeing as how they also paid $2500 for a vacuum with a company no longer there.
