We ordered their disk as advertised on their website and it advertised that the shipping for the disk would cost $2.97, we paid that amount through our MC debit card, today is the 19th and we checked our account, another $57.93 was charged to our account by GR Assist. Please help us recover the overcharged and unauthorized amount.
