H2O UNLIMITED is false advertisement

H2O UNLIMITED is false advertisement - Text messaging service is cut off after certain amount of messages - probably 7000, maybe more maybe less a MONTH. My text messaging service was cut off after 20 days of transferring my number for "excessive usage", after 40 minutes on the phone trying to get an explanation they said I used about 350 messages per day, I guess that is too much for them (I thought it was UNLIMITED). H2O should be clearer with their costumers; many of us have teenagers using these services. H2O will not return your money or the service at all. Fraud and false advertisement.
