Charged for data charges, just because I used my unlimited pic messaging C d

So, I switched over to sprint after years of putting up with another special phone carrier. Can you hear me now? So i go ahead and order sprint's special all in one package for my husband and I that includes, 1500 anytime min, free night and weekends, blah ablah... And unlimited Picture and text messaging. OMG what a lie!!! So ya, unlimited pic messaging? Well, not so much every time My husband or I view our picture messaging, we are charged "DATA Usage charges. Every month I have to call back and let them know they are ripping me off. This last month there were over $55 dollars of data usage charges, all because I opened pictures, of my babies that my husband sends, or vise versa. Under our unlimited plan dont you think, sprint could figure this out. I never once used the internet, nor did my husband. All we have done is get ripped off month after month, for utilizing our so called unlimited... Unlimited crap!!! Oh and let me add have of the time our messaging service does not even work. Why Should we have to call back month after month to let them know they scammed us, and then ask for credit to our account? Can't they just do things right?

Ya I am pretty sure we are on our way out of sprints contract whether we have to pay or not. We are fed up. We would rather burn our money than keep on giving it to some inept company.
