Fraud and False Advertisement when purchasing the unlimited text messages package from T Mobile

I purchase a unlimited text package from TMobile and later found out I bought into lies. The unlimited text package includes instant messages, pictures and texts. I am not able to used the instant message package on my blackberry curve model 8320. The lie TMobile says blackbery don't allow you used instant messages with the data package of $34.95 Well when I bought the package that wasn't told. Plus if I got a unlimited message package that includes instant messages why would you need a data package for $34.95 I should be able to send instant messages without the data packages.instead TMobile will not enable my handheld blackberry without the purchase of data packages.

I am filing a complaint with TMobile Customer Relations p.O. Box 37380, Albuquerque, NM 87176-7380, Ga Consumer Relations and California Public Utilities Commission at Consumer affairs Branch, 505 Van Ness Ave. San Francisco, Ca 94102. I advises anyone who have a similar complaint or another complaint about TMobile to do the same. It is the only to prevent the bull crap of Fraud or False Advertisement.
