I feel I am getting a run around and getting ripped off

They promoted they might repair your Television in your house. I named, offered all of them the details of it and that which was incorrect. I had been informed the technology might appear between 10-12 got a phone at 11:55 stated he was on his approach. He turned up at 1 PM Went some assessments about the Television, explained he'd to consider it in to the store to correct it. Could not take credit or money and so I needed to visit the financial institution get money, fall it down in the store. I had been advised I'd possess a loaner at 3pm. After I got towards the store the worker explained they did not possess a loaner but he would Matysville and choose one-up and that I might have it at 5.5:30 no Television. Called the master and he explained he was caught in Dallas and maynot obtain the loaner in my experience, but he could get someone to me Mon AM. He also stated he'd hurry the fix. Mon AM no Television. Friday I named and he was simply beginning about it. Stated he'd contact me and provide me an update. No-call Thursday. I named Friday morning and was informed my Television wasn't worth fixing. I needed to keep in touch with the technology, but he was about the telephone. He would contact me back inside the 1/2 time. Time later no-call. Today I simply need it back and my cash back. Personally I think I'm obtaining a run-around and getting scammed.
