Here it is December 14th and I originally ordered my ink cartridges on October 31st. I would like you to put 59.76 back on my credit card and send me an e-mail to let me know that you have completed this task. I think you have set on my money long enough. I do not know if you are overwhelmed because of the orders around Christmas time but that is not my issue. So, CAN YOU TAKE CARE OF THIS LATEST REQUEST? They have not contacted me for any further action.
