Tom Breeze was our real estate agent and a friend, he made an agreement on the purchase of our house to pay back a percentage of his commission. It would have equaled about 3300.00. He for about a year dodged my calls and continuously made up lies to lead me on. I finally had enough and went to his broker with Keller Williams and let her know what had happened. I learned that it was illegal for Tom to pay us back a percentage of his commission. His broker did call him up and got him to start calling me and eventually he did make small payments in which I have received about half of the amount I should have. We began trusting him again and let him back into our lives only for him to screw me one more time... Actually it was my wife he screwed this time. He is no longer in real estate and is currently going through court on multiple counts of forgery. I personally witnessed a check he forged to try to fool his then girlfriend. He went through great lengths to lie but she called him out and figured out what he had done and realized all these stories she had heard were true. You can look this up on Maricopa County Court website if you don't want to take my word on it. He has a silver tongue and can talk his way out of any accusation you throw at him. Don't trust him for a minute! He fooled me once shame on him, he fooled me twice shame on me.
