I ordered inkjet cartridges and they sent me an order number but no tracking info. I have not received my merchandise and it has shown up on my bank statement under the name "Baytelecomm Inc 408-8426221 Ca." No one answers the telephone. I emailed them and got and got same form email response that they had shipped the cartridges, but no merchandise received. I looked up the company on the internet and found complaints on the company.
