Won't refund my money. Won't answer their 1-800 number. Won't return phone calls

In October I purchased a bladeless fan from this so called company. The fan was received and tried out. It sucked, air output was sorry! My first step was trying to call them to get the proper address for the return since I had 45 days to get my money back. I called their 1-800 number during various times of the day but kept reaching a recording asking me to leave a message.

After 4 days of calling (over) 50 calls, I left a message asking to be called back. Another week went by, no return call!!! Googled the company and found email addressed, sent an email requesting information to return the fan. Another week went by, no response. On 18 Oct I received an email from everest seller saying he get back with me. I've sent 3 other emails to this person since and have not heard a word.

I packed the fan and returned it to the address on shipping label. The box was sent "Delivery Confirmation" on 3 Oct on 7 Nov the box was back at my residence, as no one signed for it on the other end at Briks Deals' mailing address.

This company is a total Rip Off and I wouldn't take anything from them if it was free. Buyer beware, if something is wrong with your product or you want a refunf, you will never see your money or reach anyone at their contact information. You've been warned!!!
