I ordered the product on 6/23. I returned it and they signed for it on 7/23. I called 7 different times with them saying they would put me on the list to reimburse. I called Monday 9/10 with the message telling me to call a different 800 number. I called and they said they can't find my account and would email their supervisor to contact me - which they did NOT. I called back on Friday (10/14) and got the same run around. All I want is my money back, please help.
