Merchandise not delivered & poor customer service

On July 12, I put an order for 3 products and just got one. I've created numerous telephone calls and spoke to many brokers from customer support. I still have yet to get the remainder of my purchase. Our criticism continues to be handed from agent to broker, supervisor to boss. I've An Incident # that right now should be as large as an encyclopedia. Our last telephone call was on 9/21 and also the broker explained that I'll notice from their store in 24 hours. Is 9/23 and nothing from their website. I'm fed up with been supply the exact same outlines constantly. Won't ever purchase other things from their website. I suppose that my next transfer will need to be calling their leader or top administration, perhaps they'll in a position to provide an answer to my issue. All I'd like may be the items that I settled for.
