Overwhelmed with frustration

Nexteve is among the many unorganized organization I've actually related to! After I named to obtain details about my purchase, I had been informed various things from each customer support broker I'd to cope with.

I chose to stop my purchase before I'd another issue using the organization and also the representitives stated I really could just contact the revenue & support division through mail. After TIMES of contacting them and faxing them, my purchase was ultimately ended but its been 11 times following the cancelation and that I still HAVEN'T obtained my reimbursement!!! They maintain encouraging however they keep slowing it due to "machine issues".

I created a towards the Better Business Institution currently and spoke to some supervisor about the telephone after numerous telephone calls. I am so discouraged together! I'd not recommend one to do any company together!!!
