RHS-LA Did not pay me for the time worked and gave me the run around

During the 4 months I worked for this company I saw employees leave for the same reason. This company advertises on Craigslist for Valet Attendants. Once you go to their office an apply for a job everything seems normal. But they don't tell you that there going thru a bankrupcy and your pay will be delay or you won't get paid at all, because they have over 60 employee waiting to get paid before you.

I really don't really understand how there is no law to prevent employers steal your money (labor) this way. To me is like someone took the money from my pocket. I think Companies should be required to disclose if they are in Bankrupcy. I left the Company at end of July and file a Wage Claim which will take 3 to 4 months for me to get paid if I'm lucky. My intention to write this is to make the public know about this Scam and hopefully read before is to late.
