Five years ago I Purchased through credit a computer for my now ex wife with MNBA. Once me and my wife separated she took the computer because she had agreed prior to me purchasing the computer that she would pay for it. Well she didn't pay as planned and filled the account under a bankrupcy in which the account was paid in full July. I called calvary portfolio and spoke with their bankrupcy dept., the head idiot there told me that they had received her payments through the bankrupcy but that because the account was in my name I had to file bankrupcy for the account to be paid.
