Was recently at the bed bath and beyond on Jonestown road In Harrisbueg Pa and I had a question about a product which I saw on a flyer. I asked the cashier if the product I had was in fact the same one in the flyer and she was not sure so she quickly and politely went to find a manager. The manager was just a few feet away from us and when she asked him about the item he seemed to be annoyed that she even went up to him. Eventually he did confirm that the product was the correct item but his mood seemed as though he really was not happy to answer the cashier. When he left the area I told the very nice cashier who kept her cool, that I was sorry if I got her in trouble and she replied that ALL the managers are always upset so not to worry about it. Is this the normal work enviorment for this location or is this standard for all Bed bath and beyonds?
